In celebration of Independence Day, Dusit Thani Manila’s The Pantry pays homage to the nation’s history and cultural heritage through a culinary perspective dubbed as Lasa, a regional food festival.
Invited to man the kitchen are three local chefs, alongside Dusit’s award-winning chefs, featuring authentic Filipino dishes from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Apart from food, guests can also enjoy an art exhibit courtesy of Kartini Gallery, showcasing the works of local artists at the hotel lobby.
