Philippines’ culinary pride at Brasserie on 3

Discover the rich and unique culinary artistry of the Philippine Northern and Southern regions this June at Conrad Manila’s award-winning all-day dining restaurant, Brasserie on 3.

“We are delighted to celebrate the diverse gourmet tradition and heritage of the Philippines, as we take our patrons on a journey of flavors with signature dishes from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao,” shares Linda Pecoraro, hotel general manager.

Sustainably sourced, organic and local ingredients take center stage at Brasserie on 3’s interactive theater kitchens as curated by executive chef Warren Brown and executive sous chef Patricia Mesina. The hotel’s epicurean ambassadors present diners with regional favorites such as Pyanggang Manok (blackened coconut grilled chicken), Balbakwa, Beef Kansi, Seafood Kare-Kare, KBL (kadyos, baboy, langka), among others.
